FAQ

HOW TO BOOK

We provide our clients with the convenience of booking their appointment online at their selected time. You can also call, text, or email and we will get you all booked.  No waiting in line to receive services, your time is reserved just for you! Please note that all of our services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, a 6 hour notice is required. Periodically same day/last minute appointments may be accomodated. 

Please ensure that you have provided an accurate and valid email address. Your initial appointment confirmation as well as future correspodence will be delivered that the email address.

Keep in mind we do not perform services on previous enhancements (gel, acrylic, and dip) that are not ours. We strive to keep your nails healthy which is why we prefer that we begin as well as maintain your enhancements. We will gladly remove your previous set and give you a fresh start.

LATE/NO SHOW POLICY

Be be courteous! If you will be late to your appointment please notify me as soon as possible. Appointments arriving 15 minutes past service time will be assessed a $10 late fee. Appointments arriving 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.  Also be aware that your service has the the potential to be modified to remain on the set time schedule. No calls/ no shows will be required to pay a $15 service fee prior to booking future appoimtments.

GUEST POLICY

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional guest to your appointment. Our work area has mininal seating to accomodate additional guest but they are more than welcome to relax in the waiting area. 

Exceptions are made for clients who may need assistance in prepartion for their service.

HEALTH INFORMATION


For health reasons, all new clients must fill a consultation form. It is imperative that we ask these questions so that we may provide you with the best safe and healthy service that we can. Certain aspects of a service may have to be specialized or omitted for your best health interest. We like to work as safely as possible. We take our time to assess the skin and only work within our scope of practice and comfort.

*Client confidentiality is highly important to us and your personal information such as address, forms, email information, etc will be kept safe in a secure location. Please be aware that pictures may be taken to cocument your nail progress. On occasion, we post to social media for promotional purposes but client names are not included.  

​*We can only perform services on healthy intact skin. If you have cuts, sores, blisters, or any other wounds to the skin it is best to wait until they have cleared before requesting service. We have a right to refuse service upon assessment. Referral to a doctor is sometimes a necessity in some cases.

SICK POLICY

Over all health and wellness is our top priority. If you are feeling ill, please cancel your appointment. With sufficient notification we can reschedule your appointment to a different day/time. There is no penalty incurred for missing an appointment due to illness.

SANITATION STANDARDS

We use disposable buffers and files as well as disposable pedicure liners for each client that we serve. Our tools are properly sanitized in compliance with GA state board standards and beyond. This ensures the highest level of sanitary care!

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, all major credit cards, as well as discretionary checks. Please be aware that a travel fee of $25 and up is required to for mobile services. 

To streamline your checkout process, there is also the option to pay  for your service online.

Gift certificates are also available!

MOBILE SERVICES

Basic services such as trimming, manicures, pedicures, etc may be performed as a mobile service. Some treatments require more specialized tools and may need an inhouse visit. If you are unsure, please inquire when booking. Also we many need access to an outlet and water source to perform select services in your home.

We truly appreciate you allowing us to service you but we kindly request that your pets are secure. This will help to ensure the service is performed comfortably and uninterrupted.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

During your your service we take our time to provide quality service with lasting results. Please keep in mind that various factors can modify the longevity of your service. Everyone has different nails some nails may not be a great anchor for each service (gel polish, dip, enhancements.

We understand that this can be a frustrating trial and error situitation which is why we guarantee our work for 5 days. If you have an issue with youor service or unhappy please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly reepair it for you.
